Run the game with every compatibility mode.

Started it with AMD gaming evolved and nexus mod manager (?).

None did work however, cause the game chrased imediatly when i started it with mods.

Downloaded 2 different mods with several bug fixes.

If you have installed custom mods, try removing them and seeing if the issue disappears Scrolling the list of saved games can cause the interface to freeze and crash. but my system again blocks me and changes it back when i start the game. Do not ALT+TAB out of Fallout: New Vegas.

Changing bEnableAudio something to allow more sound.

Tried changing fallout priority, but i am not allowed by system.

If you then re-enter and do not exit to the main menu before leaving the building, in most cases the wasteland cell is still saved in the cell buffer and will therefore not crash the game when being reloaded. I also cant ready any of my weapons for some reason, when I press the R key nothing happens. Another solution that works for me is exiting to the wasteland right after entering the building.
